Anthony and his team gave us great service and provided us with the best curtains for the job. Nothing was too much trouble, always friendly and helpful. On time every time, did what he said would at a competitive price. Would highly recommend Tassie Blinds.

I would not recommend Tassie Blinds. We initially chose them because of their great customer service when providing a quote, despite them not being the cheapest option. Once our order was placed, all customer service went. The product (pretty stock standard) was late, another order was incorrect (both in length of blinds and specs of accessories) and one order was missing parts. The staff hardly ever return phone calls and certainly never provide customer service by ringing you to provide an update - you always have to call first. I am providing this review as we are in the building industry and renovate regularly and I have not received such poor service from a local company. There was no offer to fix the problems, we waited for 5 months to receive the correct order and was not compensated in any way. From start to finish we had to follow up everything and if it were not for us doing this, I am sure we would still be waiting. I would definitely not recommend this company. We received quotes from approximately 5 other companies when first looking for blinds, so I would highly suggest choosing another company as there are other options. I would not usually provide such negative feedback, however I would like to assist others by avoiding the problems that we experienced with this company over 3 separate orders.
