Low calorie frozen yoghurt available with a selection of different toppings. Unfortunately they've now closed down

Tasti.d.lite has now closed down. It appears it didn't receive enough business to be profitable which is weird as it was in a very busy part of Southland near the movies

Tasti D.Lite was conveniently located in the Street at Southland opposite McDonalds. I found the store had an odd smell to it, hard to describe, but not pleasant. They had a few different types of soft serve yoghurt that they changed around and plenty of topping to choose from.
They have since closed down and have been replaced by a similar frozen yoghurt shop called 'yo-get-it'. Yo-get-it appears to be doing a lot better and is often quite busy

when in southland on a wonderful summers day, you can not go past tasti D.lite frozen yoghurt. after eating there a few times it is evident how much they pride themselves on there quality and customer service. the only fault they have is of course the price. it is quite costly if you were to take to whole family as a treat but its something you have to try at least once. the idea of it being low carbs and low fat is also an eye catcher.

I really like this frozen yoghurt place and it is very conveniently located at the Southland shopping centre near Mcdonalds,San churros,The movies, but it is too expensive.
It's great because they are low in sugar and fat.
But they taste deliciously smooth and very creamy you can add toppings or flavours to mix into it there are a big list of flavours you can mix into it which is made from some sort of syrup.
Overall it's a great but expensive summer treat.

I love ice cream but am trying to eat healthy so am in love with these low calorie substitutes. Tastes fantastic. Addicted to anything peanut butter. I love their smoothies aswell. I have a rewards card and you get a free small ice cream after spending a certain amount. I do hope they upgrade it to other items aswell as I tend to have a lot of points but don really purchase smalls.

you won't be disappointed! great range of rich flavours and the smoothies are really yummy too! Also they advertise the amount of calories which definitely makes you feel safe to treat yourself! Average priced. Cookies and cream is my fav!!!

Tasti D' Lite is one of my favourite shop!! I love the Dutch Chocolate flavour... well they actually offer a lower calorie soft serve alternative to ice-cream.. very nice!! must try ...

Better than what i was expecting! The flavors actually taste like what they are meant to. We had creme brulee and oreo cookies and cream. Yum is all i have to say! For a small it cost $5 a cup and goes up from there. Also, they are low in calories!! They have different catergories for the different amount of calories e.g. 70, 80, 90 & 100
