Taurus Meats

If I could use no stars, that's what Taurus would get. It recently changed hands so clearly that's the issue. The previous owner was sensational. The quality of products and the awesome staff made you enjoy returning. New management are completely useless.

Ordered large amount of roasts for spit BBQ (watched them write it in their diary). Went to collect and they were closed. Mid afternoon on a week day. No phone call, no notice, just CLOSED on the door. Very unprofessional.

My advice, go down the road to Avenel instead.

This shop has the best meat in the area. Prices on par with the local safeway, but of far superior quality. From farm fresh eggs to locally grown beef. The shop is super clean, the staff friendly. Highly recommend this place
