After waiting 4 weeks for an appointment, I was rather dissatisfied at being quoted "a discounted rate" after my appointment of $210 to lodge my very simple tax return. upon arrival I was informed the computer systems were down and it would all have to be done on paper. I was told I'd receive confirmation the following day of my assessment. After waiting 2 weeks I had to make 2 follow up calls in order to be told I'd receive my assessment the following day. It took a further 5 days to finally receive my assessment. This may have been a unique situation, but some transparency would have been appreciated. If I'd known I was going to have to wait so long I would have went elsewhere.

He is open, honest and a great guy who is happy to give me the reality check/advice if needed.
