I would say, this service is some kind of fraud.
They sent me the emails with my tax refund estimate figure saying: "Tax Refund estimate is based on your taxation information provided by you and accessed from ATO records. So please click below button called "View & Approve" to view and give us authority to lodge your Tax Return."
They actually never requested me to send to them my work related expenses.
As the tax return figure was good for me I have authorised them to lodge.
After almost two weeks waiting time I have received another email from them:
"Hello,
Thanks for lodging your Tax Return with us.
We want to inform you that we have received refund from ATO, So soon we will be transfering the refund after deducting our fees and advanced paid to you in your nominated bank account. To view the invoice please click below button called "View Overdue Invoice".

Once I have paid the fees via Credit Card I have got a call from them straight away advising me that my tax return figures has been reduced that much that the fees are actually bigger the the tax return.
They said that the fees I paid will be refunded.
The fees were refunded, however, they are keeping my tax return and ignoring all my requests to transfer it to me.
Needless to say, I would never authorise them to lodge the tax return if I would know the figures would be so low.

Complete scam artists do not use there service you will be stung with hidden fees and will be sent INVOICES to pay 6 to 7 month's after using there services they will hound and harass you with texts and emails

I do not recommend these guys, I give one star as they are quick to get back to you, but you can not understand a single word they are saying as they are foreign, they herass you with texts and calls, they are rude, charge a ridiculous amount despite what their site says i was told id be charged $250 but was not eligible for a one hour return. I was told id been sent an email with all details including fees etc but nothing of the kind was ever sent and when i had stated this on the phone they fobbed it off and continued to request my group cert and pay slips. All in all a very bad experience and extremely dodgy

Experienced issues that were resolved. Initial issues around immediate refund not offered and then communication fixed adequately.
