I got Adalia's contact details through a google forum and based on my first email conversation, she set up a catch up discussion in person. I was very impressed that she made time to meet at a convenient time suitable for both of us. Based on a coffee chat, she understood my situation especially since I am new to Australia. Thereafter all my conversation were through email and from there she took care of my tax returns process.
