I am glad to give my review for Tax Store Oakleigh. First impression was they have a such nice and spacious office (I love their decoration). Secondly, their services reached my satisfaction. I got some trouble and was stressed out with my tax return from the previous period (notice from ATO) and Jackie resolved it by advising me what I actually needed to do step by step. Highly recommend for people who are sole trader and run small/medium businesses. They are reliable and professional for financial/accounting/tax planning.

This is still a new tax agent but their service is outstanding. I chose Tax Store Oakleigh to take over my things (I have been running a small business for 2 years) because my previous tax agent solved my issue in a very complicated way and took me too much time without enough transparent explanation. I gave a try with Jackie from Tax Store Oakleigh, she is a very friendly and patient person by clearing out all my confusion and gave me the idea how and what I should do. Great services and great behavior!!!

I would say Tax Store Oakleigh is one of the best tax agent which specialises in small businesses as my case as a sole trader without any confident knowledge about how to deal with tax and accounting. I decided to reach Jackie (director) from my friend's reference. And I made a good choice. She gave me not only tax and accounting advices but also significant suggestions for my financial plan. She did her job really well more than I expected to keep everything in an appropriate manner. Thank Jackie.

Their price is not the cheapest one around, however they have a better quality service. Also, apparently they're not just an accountant, they are also a mortgage broker and financial advisor. It's very convenient, I can call them for any of my financial matters.

I'd say give them a try, they are different from other accountants.
