Taxwise are so professional, I love the fact they came to my home and didn't charge me extra for an after hours appointment, They really do take the stress out of doing your return. I would highly recommend!

Ive been using Taxwise for more than 10 years, Ive found them to be the best in the business. Having to deal with the ATO with my business, you never get the real story from them either. Taxation is a liability that now has so many government departments attached to your taxation. These departments talk to each other, unfortunately, us taxpayers we must wait for other government departments to look at our taxation to make sure we are claiming correctly. If you only waited 5 weeks your a lucky one. If you got yours back in 2 weeks, then be aware that you could be visited by the ATO in the future. If your tax takes longer than 5 weeks, then you know that all government departments have looked at your taxation and your all clear for another year. All I know I have a great relationship with Taxwise and have found them to be working for me and trust me you need a great accountant to get you around all the taxation within the tax office. By the way because I waited my refund was doubled, due to a reporting entities error. Patients is virtue. Virtue is always rewarded.

NEVER use them..waited 5 weeks and then phoned their office for some rude staff saying they would phone back with an answer..I rang the ATO and my tax had not even been SUBMITTED....this is where management will say it is the ATO fault and not TAXWISE...Taxwise did not ring ME back so I rang them again, still couldnt get an answer so I asked to speak with the Management - was uncontactable - LIKELY STORY....This second staff was also rude..Didnt really need the tax return money more annoyed got the run around, poor service and rude staff answering the phone!!

Would never use this company again!!!! I did my tax return on the 11th August 2011 i have been calling and trying to find out why i have not received my tax refund yet and did not receive any phone calls back until today. I was advised by a very rude person who advised that they havent done anything wrong it has been nearly 6 weeks and no tax refund has yet been received by me. Do not use them if you would like your tax refund back within a reasonable time frame.

When my tax return was first done on 8th August, I was very pleased. The accountant arrived at my house on time, and was very helpful and efficient. However... 35 days later I am still waiting, have made many calls to Taxwise, to see what's happening, and nobody has ever called me back. Until today....Just got off the phone from one of the rudest, most aggressive people with zero manners and very poor customer relations skills who forcibly informed me that there has been a delay. No joke!! I found this out by calling the tax department myself several days ago, overall I am in NO hurry to ever again utilize their services. Overall rating - accountant who helped me = 10/10 Taxwise customer relations - ZER0 ZER0 ZER0 Strongly recommend to all others to look elsewhere for their financial services.
