Disgraceful business!!
I returned from work to find my letterbox locked with a sticker from 'taylormade locksmithing' with a contact number if i wanted to have my letterbox opened. Unfortunately for me I don't have a key to open my letterbox and as i have a newborn baby it is imperative that i have access to important mail i am expecting.
I will have to get a locksmith but it won't be from these guys. If this is their tactic to try and get customers he should be ashamed.
When i rang to politely ask if they locked my letterbox i was verbally abused quite aggressively and told to go home to my own country as i am a criminal!!
I would urge anyone thinking of giving this company any business to reconsider and visit a honest locksmith.

After a recent break-in, we decided to change all our locks. I found Geoff in the local paper and was surprised to see him turn up within the hour on a Saturday morning. Geoff was a pleasure to deal with and changed all the locks without any fuss or trouble. He was easy to deal with and even came back a couple of days later to fit another lock.
No issues at all and very reasonably priced.
Would have no hesitation in recommend or using Geoff again in the future
