Wished we'd never used them! Asked for packing of picture frames which wasn't done and items damaged, packing was sub-standard to say the least, also re-negged on a verbal agreement, other damaged items and did not want to know about it....very poor service, unprofessional and then lays all the blame on you!
KEEP AWAY FROM THIS REMOVALIST

WORST removalists I've ever used! So angry and dissapointed with the service or lack therof! Customer service was okay until they got their money. I took a day off work to be at the storage unit on the day they said it would arrive, it never came and no suprise they wouldn't answer my calls! Still they haven't got back to me and I'm still fuming!
Things have been broken, shoved into my storage unit and I even paid them extra money because they stuffed up the quote (or so they reckon) and demanded an extra $390 or else they wouldn't deliver my goods!!!!

We were moving to Perth from Melbourne and had got TTGR to do our move. The customer service was absolutely horrible.
Once we had made payment they were calling us at 6am and telling us we had not made payment and demanded another $2000 or they wouldn't deliver our furniture.
Luckily my wife put a trace on the payment we made and once we told that to Tea Tree Gully removals they backed off.
We were getting abused by one of the managers at 6am saying "no money no delivery". Overall it was a awful experience and I will never go through that trauma again!

Twice now I have had to have a small amount of furniture moved from SA to NSW and on each occasion I used and was extremely happy with TTG Removals. Service and communication was excellent and I was given enough notice to arrange the pick up and delivery times. The cost was also extremely reasonable. Will happily use and recommend their services.
