Excellent service and value for money, provided your practitioner has a swipe machine and your card works. i was issued with a faulty replacement card last year, and had to wait weeks for refunds. However, the card was replaced promptly on request.
Excellent value hospital cover - I have only ever had to pay for pharmacy items at the local private hospital - absolutely nothing else, including rehab.

This is a great health fund to have as it really looks after its members. The fees are fairly reasonable and you get value for your money. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable about their product.

I am very happy with this Health Insurance fund. Whenever I have rung them they are polite and helpful and very knowledgeable. They also send out lots of information through the mail about the fund. I think it is excellent value for top of the line health insurance. The only problem I had with it is that it would not give me a contribution holiday for the ancillary cover when I went overseas for 6 months. Apart from that I am very happy with them.

Their coverage is excellent - their dental cover was much better than Medibank Private's when I changed over several years ago. Their rates are very fair. I've been with them for many years and I'm happy.

Not for profit service for members of education sector and families. The staff are extremely helpful, deduct payments from pay before tax. They answer enquiries by email within 24 hours. The value is fantastic, much cheaper than any competitor and offers a huge range of packages. Totally recommend to anyone.
