Having dealt with a bad virus attack previously, Mark had to conclude that the next problem, the system locking up, was terminal. However, he helped us by sourcing a new PC an transferring all our data files, including our email files, and lent us a replacement PC while all this went on, so were very well looked after.

I have been taking my computer problems to the tech doctor for the last 2 years and have found the service offered exceptional. Friendly folk, reasonably priced and very helpful. Repairs are carried out very quickly and they are very accomodating with all requests. I thoroughly recommend the tech doctor.

We have been using TECH DOCTOR for a while now. They are always helpful and happy people to deal with. Their service is prompt and most importantly, they are very patient with those of us who are not so "computer literate!"

The Tech Doctor literally saved the day for us. They created new images and imaged over 60 new PC's for us in less than a week. They then rolled out the machines to all users with zero down time to our business. Nothing was too much trouble, and they remained in contact for several weeks after the rollout to make sure everything was working fine.

Recently I asked Mark at the Tech Dr to reformat and re-install software on 3 laptops, "Nothing urgent - no hurry" I said. Just after I had dropped the equipment off, I had need for one of the laptops urgently as I had a deadline driven project that required software I could only run on one of the laptops. I called them and found they were extremely helpful in getting the work completed on that laptop straight away. I was able to pick up the laptop the following day and completed the project within the deadline. Excellent service!!!
