Compared to other reviews I must say the store has improved since then. I get my prints done here and the service is very friendly and welcoming, the staff are always helpful when using the photo kiosks.

I have never had service so bad. I have bought 2 cameras from them and went to buy a lens worth around $1900. I did research online and knew that I could get it for $1450. Asked the sale man on what value does buying it from Teds add, and he just answered that he did not think he had to answer, and then said in fact he does not and walked off. All I wanted was what he should of been trained to do and to tell me why Ted's is the place to buy, but instead, as I walked out the door and said to him that is really bad customer service, he called me a pig and told me to get F%$&ed, and all this in front of other customer and also children. I guess Ted's has not learnt that online shopping is a way of the future and that people will price compare. It has made my choice easy, buy online, the customer service is better than being sworn at.
