UNPROFESSIONAL! WONT BE BACK. Dropped in plain shirt to have small logo printed on it, on a Friday, for a major client promotional meeting the following Wednesday. I needed 1, small logo printed on shirt pocket. Guy at TSG says, 'no problem'. I was happy and left agreeing to pick up shirt the next Tuesday. (so 3 days later). I actually gave it until Wednesday (so, 4 days later now) - and the DAY of my meeting with the new client, who's logo I needed printed on shirt. I turn up and job was completely not even started. Guy says, 'oh yeah we forgot. Havent done it, my staff is away. We'll do it now'. I was shocked and pissed off. I had an hour to get my meeting, which was 45 minutes away. No time to 'do it now'. Had to go to the meeting in plain shirt + was made to look stupid and unprofessional - even though I had done the right thing and organised this printing to be done the week before and had been given a WRITTEN assurance by the owner it would be done! Unreal. WONT BE BACK!

Very similar experience to Frankieee's review. Poor customer service and communication. We did not get the order before the competition day which I had communicated with them from the start. We won't be going back and I have found a better, local supplier who is keen to have our business. If I could give no stars I would.

Not happy at all with service a big lack of communication and a lack of professionalism i have waited now over 2 weeks for some hoodie's tee shirts and other pieces of merchandise and nothing has been done i have now order my stuff from the UK which is so much cheaper then (tee shirt graphics) when i told them i was taking my businesses else where there response was Please do that ..

I had a whole lot of promotional t shirts made here and was incredibly happy with the results. Staff was courteous and professional and the quality of work was second to none. Really good at what they do...
