Every time i need to go into the Telstra Business Centre, i find i have a terrible experience. There is such a long wait until customers get served, led alone recognised by the staff members. Often there are staff members in the back room doing very little or the staff are sitting at their desk in the front office working at their computers. I recall waiting for up to 1 and a half hours until someone put up their hand to say "i'll be with you in a moment". He then took another 30 minutes. For some reason after that long, an appology for a long wait is just not accepted. When we finally get served by a staff member, they really do not have much help for us therefore we need to just buy a new mobile phone anyway. We leave feeling as though we have wasted half a day and ending with a worse result every time. We are customers from out of town who unfortunately need to deal only with Telstra (service-wise) and only with the Business Centre. I don't understand how a company can treat customers like this every time they walk in the door.
