Write a reviewI walked in to hand in my Homeline touch phone. After the phone call I had with Telstra. When I explained to them I want to hand the phone to them. They said they won't take it as they don't have any room in the shop. Then they asked if I had a reference number. I said no. (would that have made a difference?) I think not. I asked if they could make a phone call for me for a ref n.o.? They said they can't make calls on their phone. Extremely poor service girls. Not happy. No customer service what so ever. So I told them should I throw it in the bin they shrugged their shoulders. I went out their shop in the bin it went.
