I had a problem which MyTelstra failed to fix after a month of lengthy communication.
The assistant in this store fixed it in a few seconds.

Last week I needed a new mobile and Tablet and visited the Telstra Nepean Village Store. I was greeted at the door due to COVID-I9 restrictions and was looked after from there on by friendly and courteous staff, especially both Sonia and Oscar, who were both very helpful and explained everything clearly to me.
I have been with Telstra (Telecom) for close to 44 years and have no reason to change, especially since my recent visit to Nepean Village Store.
Sonia the manager helped out my disability client and went above and beyond.

After purchasing a new mobile I went into this store to have my number transferred over. I explained I had been to the Plaza store and had a bad experience. The young sales girl was very accommodating, she looked up my number to discover it was under someone else's name, of whom I did not know. She then suggested two options of which I accepted one. It is a shame that people are unaware that the Telstra shops are on Franchises and people lump them altogether. I will definately recommend this store and go back for further products.
