Telstra Shop (Charlestown Square)

A little anxious after some of the negative reviews.
Fantastic experience, Hayden made it very painless. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
The atmosphere of the store was friendly.
Definitely recommend Telstra Charlestown.

Although Telstra product is very good in terms of coverage pricing is relatively expensive.

Most importantly the customer service from the Charlestown Telstra Shop is terrible. After waiting in line for 30 minutes staff were rude and unhelpful despite the fact that this store created the problem only 2 weeks before (after another 20+ minute wait).

Really disappointed.
