We bought several services through Telstra Shop in Armadale (T-Hub, T-Box, landline and broadband service). The sales service was absolutely excellent and the knowhow of the assistant was great. But, this is as far as good service has gone. We had some problems with the T-Hub and we got the 'cold shoulder' and a phone number scribbled on a piece of paper and where told to go home and call from there to get the problem fixed. I expected the assistant to get on the phone and try to get a solution for us - isn't this what good service is about? Same with a discrepancy with a bill, they didn't want to know about it and I have spent several hours on the phone with God only knows how many people to get the problem fixed. Thus, the good service is only there until you walk out of the shop, after that you have to fend for yourself.
Every time I hear the add on radio about how good the service at Telstra Shop Armadale is, I get sick....
