The service at this Telstra shop is terrible. They are so busy and you have to make an appointment just to ask a simple yes/no question. There is not enough staff and they are so busy that when they get to you the sales assistant is so flusted and confused that its uncomfortable to want to ask for anything. Telstra is expensive in general, especially when buying phone covers, iPad covers etc.. Go elsewhere if possible.

I needed help with a pre-paid mobile. The Store Manager was charming, knowledgeable and helpful to me. With the Telstra call centre, the Store Manager was polite but firm. She obtained a re-credit of a balance which had been inappropriately debited.

Always a huge long bloody wait! And then when you eventually do get served they cant help you, and tell you to call up the people at telstra. Their products are the biggest rip off, they over charge on bills. Someone needs to go into competition offering out of service normal areas with phone carriers!

I would have rated the whole lot as a horrendous visit.. the reason why i never is the manager (whom now has left due to lack of support from the company) Sarah was amazing listened,helped,understood and FIXED!!!! please do not visit this store now the company has lost a valued person..... nice work TELSTRA you have ruined a store that was getting its reputation back!

I have been looking to buy a new phone over the past couple of months. I have been into the Telstra Shop to see if there were any new phones available to upgrade my phone. In all the visits I have not been approached by a staff member once. I have been in the shop for at least 15-20 minutes each time and no one ever wants to serve you. I have since decided to change phone companies.
