Customer Service is Very rude, And unwilling to help. When I asked about a specific package to suit my needs, I was pushed onto something else that was Completely irrelevant to what I wanted. Never go Back again

If they were not the major telecommunications company they would not have survived. I am forced to have to deal with them due to most other services are not available where we live. The other day i went in to see about combining my accounts into one - home phone, internet, foxtel and two mobile phones only to be told sorry there was nothing they could do as we were on two different systems and until Telstra sorts out their account systems and converts them to one we had to stay as we were...........go figure we have to suffer because they can not sort out their accounting system. Well we have now got a dish and slowly changing our accounts over. The staff were no help and they are never friendly.
