id give the place about an average rating, staff werent overally happy to help you with questions, but they did answer them after approaching them

This is the Midland Gate Store near K-Mart. I called from work and asked if they had a certain phone and the girl whose name I have, said "Yes and would you like me to hold one for you?" I said ok I will be in after work at 2pm. When I got there through very bad Xmas traffic and trying to find a parking spot for 35 minutes, I said I was here to see (certain girl) and she came out and said "oh we dont have any left". WHAT??? I said you told me you did and you took my name and number why didnt you call me?????? She said I wrote your number down wrong but she new I was an existing Telstra customer so all she had to do was type my name up and get my number and call me. But apparently she didnt care and wasnt bothered with how frustrating it was for me! Telstras bad service is still there!

Prior to coming into the shop I telephoned Telstra to find out suitable broadband packages. However when coming to the shop these offers were totally different from what I was told a few times over the phone. The price as well seemed rather high.The staff were quite dismissive and not friendly, one staff member particularly rude.
