Took mobile in to be sent off for repairs/replacing. No problems with staff, Salesperson explained everything to me. I was supplied with a replacement phone while mine was being fixed.

I am a Telstra Customer of many years and was very happy when they opened the Munno Para Telstra Shop.

The staff seem quite friendly and helpful and even with difficult matters are kind enough to listen and give as much assistance as possible.
The management on the store are also friendly and will go out of their way to make sure that I am looked after, it is also very nice to be acknowledged when I walk in, instead of being left standing waiting while staff talk to each other like at some other Telecommunication stores
