I had an issue resolved after trying to deal with the Telstra helpdesk over the phone. The service was exceptional, the staff were great. It did take a little while but they were ensuring absolutely every base was covered and that I was leaving a happy customer. They didnt pass the buck, they just dealt with my problem, asked me what result I would like and made it happen. If ever I have another problem with Telstra I'll be dealing direct with this branch.
