I would not recommend this business AT ALL EVER. I phoned them @ 1100 to ask if a specific phone was available at their store to be told yes, yet when I arrived it was NOT. Then when I asked if they could check if Golden Grove had the phone I was told they were a separate store and as such they couldn't tell. When I got to GoldenGrove, who also did not have the phone - They were at least able to tell me which Telstra stores did have the phone in stock.

I think the stars say it all. I have never had such bad customer service or have had to make so many trips to a store in 2 weeks
