The service in this store was terrible. I walked in to an empty store where three sales assistants were stood around talking to each other. I felt like I had interrupted their conversation, I explained my problem with my t box and they told me to sit down at the tech bar and someone would look after me. A guy came out for the back and I explained that my product had stopped working, he took it away and came back and said yes it is broken, then looked at me and said did I drop it.... Hmm I hadn't dropped it and I made that quite clear to the tech guy however he made me feel like I had broken the silly thing. I was then told he couldn't help and that I had to go home and phone them, I protested and ended up phoning in store another 20 minute gig... I ended up walking out.. The staff were pretty appalling and unhelpful

Always the same story with Telstra. Very poor service.

Great experience and expertise when it comes to giving advise about mobile prducts, outright costs or plans. Very friendly sales group and very helpful.
