On buying a new mobile phone I went into the store to have my number changed over, I thought it would be a simple procedure.....
The salesgirl I spoke to was very abrupt, looked like she didn't want to be there and that we were inconveniencing her by wanting service.
I gave her the phone number and my drivers' licence only to be told "It's not in that name" we mentioned a couple of other names but they were not the one either. I asked if she could tell me what the name was, the answer was "No but it is a female" How was I supposed to find out who had got my number that I had had for 2.5 years?
After such service I will not return to that store and I will tell my friends to steer clear also. Very disappointed.
