after purchasing a phone from telstra I went back to get some advice on my phone, the manager would not come out from office to look after my enquiry and sent out a person who had no idea how to work my phone 3 times while he hid in the office, I asked the junior staff member If I could see the manager and the junior staff member said no he wont come out. After repeated attempts to talk to the manager I left very frustrated and vowed never to give telstra my custom again. Telstra could improve their customer service by employing helpful and capable staff members.
