My consignment was sent using Temando. I had difficulty receiving my parcel, but Temando were very helpful in tracking it down and trying to get it re-delivered. The problems I had were with the freight company, not Temando.

I've been having trouble with a consignment booked through Temando. I'm finding the Temando staff to be very helpful and they have contacted the transport company on my behalf - which I appreciated. This has been really stressful for me but Emer has been very helpful and prompt in replying to my emails. Would I use Temando again to book a carrier - absolutely. I just need to be more careful with my choice of carrier :-)

For Ebay users it can be integrated into your Ebay account or just use for a one off send and deliver. The website is simple and easy to use. For businesses that ship multiple parcels discounts are offered and for the business user eCommerce solutions are available. Communication is good and the staff member I dealt with (Jessica) could not have been more helpful and seemed to genuinely want to provide an excellent customer experience. This was customer service at it's best.
