I have rented through Templeton and Michelle was my property manager. She was very easy to deal with, responded to emails straight away, arranged trades to fix things in the property as soon as I advised her. Michelle was an amazing property manager to deal with and bother her and her colleague Ayden were super friendly and approachable and were a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend them!

Terrible real estate agency. Rented a property through them. They charged us 'administration fees' for everything from adding a tenant to the lease and tenant leaving the lease (half a weeks rent plus tax), which a friend of mine who is a real estate agent had never heard of. Didn't respond to emails, didn't act on fixing parts of the property that we pointed out to them during inspections and after sending multiple emails over a couple months. They also sent us multiple water bills once they were overdue and demanded we pay them ASAP.
Have never experienced such poor service from a real estate. Avoid at all costs
