The quality is always great at this butcher. The meat is fresh and also good flavoured sausages. They have proper customer service and take time with each customer.

Today is Friday 8th October 2021. Ordered 2 rabbits which where frozen, which is what I wanted. Got great service on having them sent to the Newmarket Village location, which also got great service. Took the rabbits home only to find that 1 was over 1 year old from packing. and the other 10 months from packing. The one which was over a year old was freezer burnt, brown, discoloured and icy. I rang them back and said how disappointed I was and were they okay to eat. I was told they have a 2 year use by date. What is a bigger disappointment is that who ever sent them to the Newmarket store could see that it was freezer burnt but still sold it. Profit over quality. I wonder what other "fresh" produce they have in that freezer ready to sell. I would NEVER buy a thing from there every again!

I have always been very happy with the product quality and service. Nothing worse than spending hard earnt money on meat you can't chew. I recommend this butcher to all my friends and family.

what can i say the service is absolutely amazing the staff are polite and extremelt helpful and the meat quality well that is definitely the best in mackay and value for money that is even better
