Wish I had read their review first. Please don't waste your time. If you are "unluky" like us and many reviwers here. Their staff will be sick/busy/take leave on the day of your appointment. And they will put you to the back of the queue.

In our case, we had a quote in Sept 2021, they said they can do it IMMEDIATELY after the quote hence we went ahead with them. Then it suddenly had to delay to Decemeber 2021, which we agreed (and asked for a day off work). Closer to the day, they said their staff can't do it, so let's conveniently push it to MARCH 2022.

This morning, saw their car in front of your neighbour ,who booked after ours. lucky our neighbour, right!

So, you may have a whole happy established termine family moved in before they can even find a day to put the barrier in :)

Maybe that's also lucky for us, their staff may be sick again in March, who know :) they just take in too many that they can't handle, can reschedule you anyway :))

Rubbish ! Have done the full and most expensive pest treatment and no results at all. Spiders got worse and one day found heaps of them in my daughter's room. Called for the "warranty" service and was informed on the day they wouldn't redo inside the house. Spoke with main office and was informed if I'd like to redo the treatment inside the house I had to pay for it as warranty didn't cover it. In the end technician left without doing the job. Will never use them again !

I had these guys out to do my usual warranty inspection, and added on the general pests always a great one to get coming up to christmas. As usual they turned up at the time they said they would ( dont you just love that - no hanging around ) I think the price is pretty good considering the time he was here

Had the usual termite inspection done which is continuing for the time the house was built. Also had done at the same time a spider treatment for $20 extra. It is very expensive just to have the termite inspection done, so worth getting something else done at the same time. Spider treatment works for about 6 months too.
