As a property owner I have had a very poor experience with Terreno Management which has caused undue stress, time wasting and significant money loss due to poor management that is, not meeting the standards required in Queensland for property management. Due to the sub-optimal service I and my tenants are left in a precarious position in terms of contractual, bond and incomplete reports. Additionally my credit rating has been impacted on due to outstanding payments on behalf of this business.
