Seem to busy to serve an individual customer properly. I was left waiting for 15 minutes at which point I returned to the counter to ask if my script was ready. After asking the Pharmacist, the assistant returned to tell me that they didn't have my medication in and they would phone me after 1pm the same day when it was due to come in. I returned 3pm the following day to find it there (no phone call). This second assistant then got narky with me because they hadn't recorded my concession even though they hadn't asked me for one and I hadn't produced one because I have been there before whilst I have been a student on a concession. I'll be taking the walk to the pharmacy outside the centre from now on.
