In the very Exciting Cope Street, this bake on premesis bakery makes some good fresh bread. Its very handy to just pick up a loaf from here and be tempted by some of the other lovely treats they have. Its like a bakery you would have seen when you were younger, with t cakes, and finger buns. This sort of Nostalgic store has a place in the Trendy Redfern area.

In the newest Up and coming trendy area, Cope Street Redfern/Waterloo Terrys Hot Bread makes and bakes on site, cakes, pies, rolls, donuts and of course a large range of your standard breads, nothing flash nothing with a name from Europe just Bread, bread and bread. Handy for that urgent pick up for a loaf of bread for the young and trendy, Minks, Dinks of the flash apartments of Cope Street.
Service needs a shake up but they will soon realise that they no longer serve what was a dark and depressed area, but a revived, rejuvenated trend setters area, that is Cope Street.
