Excellent food. However one thing that should be improved on more staff in the morning. As I came there last time no one greeted me or offer me to seat.

Can be a bit on the expensive side, but good food and big servings. Generally the service is good. Staff are always friendly, but sometimes can be a bit of a wait to order. After ordering, the food usually arrives within good time.

You'll struggle to find anything healthy on the menu here but I guess that's typical American fare. I love the nachos and burgers. Free refills on soft drinks are good value and they have Cherry Coke and Vanilla Coke here too. Great value at Happy Hour

very good restaurant.the food is quite pricey but it is worth it the taste is fantastic.the drinks are divine and a must to have when you go there. my kids love it here

Great meal, told them we were seeing a movie and had to be quick. Very happy with there service overall. Will take my kids back there again! and got to the movie on time.

The restaurant looks clean and neat, love the booths! Had a couple of cocktails at the bar during happy hour and loved the drinks. Very friendly staff and when I got a table had a steak myself, while my partner had the ribs. All the food came out in good time, which was amazing considering how busy the restaurant looked. Never felt rushed - the lovely lady looking after us came over and made sure we were always looked after. All in all brilliant and had a blast!

amazing food. I never gets salads when I go out but there cajun chicken salad is delicious. A little costly but a big variety in foods and drinks and definitely worth it. they have service with a smile and are friendly. would definitely recommend coming here with friends or family.

This place has the yummiest foods!! They have a large variety of food on their menu a little bit pricey but definitely worth it! They serve all sorts of drinks but are pricey as well. Its nicely set up and a fantastic atmosphere very enjoyable. Brilliant for catch up with mates for a meal and drink. Family friendly as well which is a big bonus when you have children! Recommend this place for sure!

The buffalo wing are to die for and the sauce that comes with it I just can't put into words I don't think I could taste the chicken cus I drowned it in sauce it was just amazing. Good vale got money and suits everyone ! Staff are very bubbly and cheery

TGI's at Southland shopping centre is a great experience for all the family, great service with a smile, everyone seems really happy here. Great atmosphere too! The food is great, lots of variety, each time I go I try something new, nothing has been disappointing. A few times the wait for food has been a little lengthy (45 mins) but it's not consistent and still worth it! Their cocktails and mocktails are DELICIOUS! Highly recommend!

All i can say is WOW. great friendly staff, they all seem to love there job there enthusiastic and even sing happy birthday if its your special day. great food, wait times are not to bad either (unless its a Friday) i have been here many times and will continue eating here. my partner and i usually spend $100 between the two of us although this is for an entree (a large one) which ever meal i decide upon, my partners giant plate of ribs, a side of cheddar mash each and soft drink. great thing is you pay for one glass of soft drink and all your refills are free. were always to full for dessert although it looks Delicious. can not fault this place:) you wont be dissapointed

TGI's is conveniently located in 'The Street' area of Southland. It has a varied menu with American style cuisine. It can be a little on the expensive side but none of the meals I have had have disappointed. I love their Fajita tower which you can get with chicken, beef or a combination. It comes with cheese, gauc, your choice of meat, sour cream and roasted peppers which you wwrap yourself in a tortilla.
Their happy hour is also really great value with cheap cocktails and there's so many to choose from!
One other thing I also love about TGIs is there free soft drink refills! I always get Diet Coca Cola with Cherry or Vanilla!

I'm a bit undecided about TGIs as the service always lets it all down. I've been left waiting to pay a number of times, which makes no sense as surely they want to get their money and fit more customers in? The Jack Daniels burger is my go to as it is tasty, filling and comes with great fries and sauce. TGI is pretty expensive for what you get, which is why I feel the service should be much better. They often have the footy or American sports on the tvs which is great if you want to still catch the game.

absolutely love this place! very american so food is great and you definitely get full after your meal! went here for a birthday the staff sing happy birthday to you and bring a cake too which i found cute! very family friendly and great atmosphere, good value given the service and actual ambience!

T.G.I. Fridays is a nice place...but it is on the dear side of the scales, its a good place to have drinks with mates before you catch a movie, the stuff are GOOD.

TGI's isn't anything fancy, its pretty much a cleanly packaged American diner experience. The service is pretty good, the food isn't anything special but it is well cooked and presented, I have never had a problem with any of the burgers. I like the selection of cocktails as well.

Not such a great dining experience here for me, menu isn't diverse enough, very orientated for meat eaters. My pasta meal was incorrectly made because of a misprint in the menu however our attendant was super nice and helpful in the matter. My partner enjoyed his burger however. I just didn't find this to be any kind of 'wow' and the tired interiors don't make me want to come back either.

Love the food, but the service is terrible!

If I go during the day it's not too bad, but in the evenings even when it doesn't seem busy the wait for food and drinks is terrible.

The last time I was there they took almost 45mins to serve two burgers, and we only counted 6 other tables with people on them!!

I'll keep going back because it's close, and the free soft drink refills are great.

We come here often, as the experience is always predictable. The food is consistently good (esp the Jack Daniels range), the drinks are great (though terribly expensive), and the service is USUALLY good, though the wait gets unbearable on some busy nights, especially when you can smell other peoples food around you!

Always suggest going to dinner there. It's great!

Absolutely love the steak here, crowded place with a popular choice for kids birthday parties. Had the strawberry punch, yummy

Recently had a great experience here, bar and wait staff were great (polite and attentive) and the food was surprisingly great!
We had chicken fajita nachos as an entree - amazing and we will have again! As a main we both had ribs, I had the Jack Daniels glazed ribs and my husband the Baby Back ribs - both were heavenly. When my husband wasn't sure which to chose the waiter offered to bring out some Jack Daniels glaze for us to try. That was great as it made me certain I wanted them and my husband certain he didn't. We were thus both very happy with our choices and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We were actually full but I wanted to try dessert so we had the Chocolate Malten Turtle - what can I say, to die for and I will go back just for that.

The food was delicious and fairly cheap. The waiters were very nice and friendly but it wasn't very busy, and they still took over 40 minutes to take our order. I would go back again, but try to order straight away if you're at all hungry

I love their barbecue ribs with the Jack Daniel's sauce. I also love the choice of non-alcoholic drinks. The staff are always very friendly.

Fast service, always lovely waiting staff, the food was delicious especially the Kentucky burger however it could have had more sauce (which was also delicious), a great value for mone.

They have really nice burgers. Good drinks. Helpful staff. What more can I say? Love to eat out here with the family or with friends. Either way it can't be beat.
