After moving from Brisbane and being spoiled with two great Thai restaurants nearby we have been very disappointed in the many Thai restaurants in the Highett area we have visted, until now. Thai Rose is by far the best we have found, excellent food, well presented with fantastic aromas and presentation. Good service and atmosphere. Will definitely be returning for seconds and more.

Food was great but we had to wait a ridiculously long time for our meals. Think this could have been a once off but it did put us off eating at the restaurant again. Prices are good and the restaurant is really well presented.

Been here a few times now, this place is amazing! The views of the bay are amazing. Watching the sunset while eating some yummy Thai food is heaven. The service was fast and the staff very helpful The presentation of the restaurant and the food is AMAZING.

best ever thai/asian food experience ever in Australia.great value,fast service,comfortable,cosy,with nice background thai music,will definately visit again,with my family and friends. We are local,never knew about this place till another colleague of mine decided to do a school graduation dinner.

Yummiest Thai food I've ever had. Quality of ingredients is very very high...very fresh. Flavors are delicious. Thai fish cakes are superb as are all the curries. Service very friendly although could be quicker with drinks. Michelle is a very good host. We go there a lot. Its a pity its not open for Sunday lunch or I'd be there now.

Lovely upstairs restaurant, decor and warmth welcoming. I particularly loved the Singapore orchids. Beautifully presented food, very generous servings and completely authentic Thai. If you love Thai Beef Salad you must try this one. A great experience and I will look forward to the next.

We got takeaway, but the restaurant was very nice, warm and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, very authentic tasting. One of the best Thai places I've found (and i am a VERY fussy eater). The entrance is almost hidden down an alley which i think just makes it even more interesting. Definitely a place I will be visiting more, preferably to dine in next time.

Really enjoyed the sunset view, and the beautiful food. The restaurant was upstairs, overlooking the bay, and everything seemed clean and fresh and welcoming. Thai waitresses were lovely and attentive. I enjoyed trying the new food especially the coconut prawn entree. And being able to take my own wine was great too.

Great Bay views and the meals were fantastic. Service was a little slow but well and truly worth the wait. I had a Panang Curry which I'd have to rate among the best I've had including in Thailand. Be back for sure.
