My Dad used to live in Toowoomba and I couldn't remember the name of the restaurant. They have a beautiful range of different thai dishes. I wish I could have tried them all! I had my first thai green curry here and haven't looked back. Lovely, friendly staff who were only to happy to make reccomendations to the newbies. I wish he'd move back so I had an excuse to go back!

I was recently in Toowoomba for a day of shopping and Thai food. I had read reviews on this restaurant and was keen to try it. My shopping partner and myself also asked some locals about where to eat and they also directed us towards the Thai Royal. For once the reviews didn't disappoint. The restaurant is very relaxed with an outdoor dining area, nothing fancy but comfortable. The food was fantastic though, we shared meals and enjoyed everything thoroughly. Everything was fresh and bursting with real thai flavours, we especially enjoyed our duck. The service was prompt and courteous. We will definitely be going back on our next visit as I love real thai food and have been disappointed with a lot of other restaurants with there basic offerings of green and red curries. Looking forward to my next visit.

We lived in Toowoomba for a number of years and discovered through trial and error that Thai Royal Restaurant was the BEST Thai cuisine in our town, by a mile. In fact, it would be the best Thai restaurant in a big city if located there - it is fantastic. The staff are brilliant - very friendly and knowledgeable. The location is very relaxed - part of a little shopping precinct in Centenary Heights (the Sausage King nearby is pretty good also!). The Penang curry and the Green curry dishes are just beautiful - subtle sweetness is what I love about them. The Pad Thai is also very good. Prices are always reasonable - a great experience all round. Highly recommended if you are in Toowoomba.

Went to the Thai Royal for a friend's birthday. I'd never had Thai food before but it was quite good and reasonably priced. I do recommend reserving a table before you go as they are always busy.

Best Thai food I have had!! A friend took us here for dinner - he was from Brisbane and thought it was great. The prices are good and the service is really fast

This is THE BEST Thai restaurant i have ever been to. They have the cheapest lunches and they give you huge meals. We visit here very regularly and are very impressed. Meals only take 5-10 minutes to come out. Best Service EVER.

We had lunch there yesterday, enjoyed the nice, quiet ambiance, great service, served in a timely manner, great food!! Would recommend to ANYONE!! Love the outfits the girls are wearing too, very original!

They have great, authentic Thai food at a very reasonable price. It is also worth noting that they are happy to do gluten free on request. Their location is very accessible, and they have indoor and outdoor dining.
