I've never had Thai before, but I am a convert now. I found this service at the Bendigo showground and was talking to one of the many staff in the tiny tent.
They make all of there own food and go to Thai land to do their training, one of the staff who make's the best curry puffs I have ever had was there at the time training and visiting family.
The cue for food wasn't to bad and you could see so many people enjoying it as you walked the market, you could taste the spice but wasn't to hot. He said he make's it that way so that all of the public can enjoy Thai. They had a few tables out front of the stall for customers to sit.
