This was the first time using Thanks A Bunch Florist and I can tell you I will be using them again. Being from Sydney and ordering things over the phone you are always cautious about the order and service, but Sophie was fantastic, it was a late order on a Friday for a Delivery on Saturday for my grandma in Melbourne to announce a pregnancy and she did more then I had expected. I was very very pleased and happy with the service that Sophie had offered to me and changing my mind a few times it was never an issue. I would highly recommend them to anyone you will NEVER go wrong at this Florist they are amazing.

I received friendly caring service. I had ordered my flowers late on Friday and was told that they would be delivered Monday. When the staff member heard that the flowers were for a friend who had just lost her mother she offered to deliver them personally on Sunday. My friend was very pleased with the arrangement. I recommend them highly.

Have used Thanks a Bunch on a number of oocasions. Recently contacted them to organise a wreath for a funeral. Not that funerals are a place where you want to stand out, but the wreath was very impressive and it certainly stood out as the most impressive and professionally assembled wreath there.
The service received has always been of the highest quality, I have no hesitation in giving Thanks a Bunch repeat business, and definately would recommend to others.

Organising anything from a distance, relying entirely on the online information and possibly telephone contact, is always risky. I was reassured all the way. Sophie and her team provided quality service: a beautiful floral tribute, appropriate colours and style, delivered on time, with extra attention to detail and no request seemed difficult to meet. Excellent value! I will certainly recommend to family and friends.

I always buy flowers and spend a fair bit and always feel ripped off when I see them but they were well worth their money.
