The customer service was unbelievable l needed flowers to be delivered at a specific time & they arrived earlier then expected. great experience. good fresh flowers and very good price. l will recommend to family and friends. thanks for the beautiful flowers.
Thanks a bunch for your review, my parents live in country Vic, and there is often the need to send flowers, have had a few issues in the past, but I will give these guys a go, we have a couple of special occasions coming up, might just see how they go.

I called the Mernda store today and was extremely happy with the service I received. It was after 1pm and I still got a delivery the same day even tho it was at such short notice and they where short staffed. I told the lady 3-4 types of flowers I would like in a box and she was ever so helpful. I am extremely happy with the box of wonderful arrangement my sister received. Thank you to the lovely lady for her help and services you provided me! Extremely happy!!
