Was at a work related Christmas party where we had drinks paid and cocktail food. The area we had got cramped very quickly and it was quite dark. The female staff were also all wearing barely there skirts which didn't look very professional. The area we had was not exactly secluded from other patrons so it was too loud to have a conversation.

A nice large lounge bar leaning on the slightly casual side. It lives up to its name, and you do feel like you are sitting in the lounge of someone's condo. The lounges, coffee tables, fireplaces help create that feel
The venue has lots of open space, but at the same time has areas for groups to congregate.
There are two little lounge areas with chiffon curtains for privacy, and a mezzanine/balcony area with tables & stools.
It is the type of place that would suit group/work drinks, accounting for differences in budget, personality etc preferences.
They have good drinks specials - ie. $9 cocktails on thursdays, $10 martinis on fridays, and also free canapes from 6-8pm.
It is also one of the few bars that offers a decent sized food menu, of bar snacks, small plates, large plates & dessert. Great for occasions where some people haven't eaten prior.
The only downside is that acoustics are not the best. It is very noticeable once the place fills up with people.

great place for a big party or just a general night out on the town- they have a huge dance floor here surrounded by little open rooms with couches which is pretty cool! the bar could be bigger and it would be better if there were more staff serving!
