My daughter went to their holiday program after I read positive reviews on the Internet and also from other mums. Enrolled for a whole day ( morning and afternoon sessions) and was greeted warmed by Georgie and Emma. But when I went in to pick up my daughter and her friend, Emma didn't acknowledge my presence or even seemed concerned that I was picking up 2 kids ( one being my daughter and her friend). It really alarmed me how easy it was to pick up another child without having to signout or even being questioned by the staff.

My daughter also told me that throughout the session, the teachers promised to come over to assist but never did. Not sure whether it is due to the teacher student ratio but my daughter was really disappointed.

The are factory was captivating for my little one. She went to their school holiday workshop (half day session) which was plenty for her age. Was handy that they fed them as well. The staff were really nice to her. I'll be booking her in for the next hols

I celebrated my sons 4th birthday party at the art factory in malvern, and having never been their before i thought i would give it a go, instead of going to another playcentre. They replied to phone messages usually within the hour, but at the very lastest within the same day. However at the party the painting and designing of the money boxes was fun and the kids seemed to love it. The party hosts werent excalty overally helpful with the kids, and i paid extra for their party catering which included fairy bread, cordial, cheezels and cocktail frankfruts. They didnt really allow enough time to eat, drink and chat they allowed 30mins to eat, drink and chat which seems rushed especially with kids aged 3 & 4. Was a fun interactive party, but quite pricey for what you get for the price.
