Very poor customer service. Made it very difficult to pickup my purchase. Did not even attempt to help. Don’t shop here.

Great customer service. Very attentive to your needs. However, I have been in there when it's busy and you share a staff member with other customers. It's the only time I have had an issue with my shoes later on hurting my feet as I ended with the wrong ones. I recommend going in when they are quieter so the staff member is with you only. I always get my sneakers from here. My daughter plays netball, so we get her netball sneaker from here too. We did try work boots for my husband, but there range isn't like that with sneakers, so if you are someone who can't just wear any old boot, I wouldn't suggest getting them from here, as we had to take my husbands back as they were problematic for his feet. I can't wear just any sneaker as I have issues with my feet and The Athletes Foot have a vast range for everyone, including me. :)

These guys no what they are doing. The staff are well trained and knowledgable without being pushy. The range is good and the fit print procedure is highly recommended.
