Not very friendly to older people they seem to try to ignore you or don't make you feel welcome, if you spent $300 for shoes and have a slight problem they'll tell you to go to Mr minute to fix it that not good enough

Anthony & the team offer the best customer service, always friendly, polite & helpful. I purchased a pair of running shoes which fit correctly but after a week of wearing them I found they were not right for my feet and were uncomfortable for me which we don't normally know until you have worn shoes for a few hours. I contacted Anthony and he told me to return the shoes and offered me the option of exchanging them for something else or full refund without any hassles. He didn't make me feel uncomfortable and still continues to give me great customer service. Thank you
