The actual experience of getting in the water and feeding and patting the sharks and rays is absolutely unbeatable. It was so much fun and the rays are so soft and so friendly and its just an amazing experience. However the cost to get in is extreme! The staff are less than attentive and you spend a lot of time standing around waiting to be told where to go to get wetsuits/waders etc. The change room facilities need a serious upgrade as there is no showers, I would of liked to have rinsed off my niece and nephew who came with me. I would still definately go back if I had spare cash lying around.

This place is very expensive, $98.50 for 1 supervising adult and 2 children going in the water. The website makes it sound like the wetsuit hire is optional so we took our own only to be told we couldn't wear them and even if we could we would still have to pay the additional $15 each. We were given 1 tiny amount of fish food to share between 2 people because it's school holidays and they don't want to over feed the fish however they were very happy to sell an additional cup of food to my sister! The place is dinghy and the water slimey. Overall, don't bother!

Adult ticket is $29.50 plus $15 if you want to get in the water with the sharks and rays so it is expensive. I have a 15 month old and was supplied with a wet suit for her fantastic but no facilities were available to change a baby! Overall good to try but due to cost I wont go back.
