Even when an incorrect address was advised to them they still contacted us to advise and then arranged for a redelivery to the right address. It is the second time that I have used the Baby Gift Company to send a gift. I love the fact that you can create your own gift box and although the postage/delivery maybe a little higher than what some of the other companies offer the service is excellent and the gifts have been extremely well received with praise for the quality of the merchandise.
