I don't reccommend this business. I purchased a latex matress topper online in early October and it's now late December and still nothing has arrived. There has been zero attempt at communication from the shop re the delay. I have had to call them 4 times now and each time it has been difficult to get through and they have not been able to promise anything about when my purchase will be sent. Extremely unprofessional.
