Certainly not the good old Magic Mountain I remember, however the Beach House still provides good entertainment for the children and young teenagers. It is quite expensive to visit here and I would suggest getting one of the various deals they offer. Also the card swiping can be annoying when playing some of the video games. Slides are improved and look clean and well set out. Service, quality and price is all to be expected here from a modern fun park, no special attention and sometimes getting staff attention is difficult. Overall it was worth trying and may visit again but would not make it a regular trip when I visit Adelaide.
Approximate cost: $35
My 2.5 year old one loves this place. The price is reasonable. She loves rides and play castle. 8 dollars allowes 2 hour play, which is really good.
Approximate cost: $15
Another great palce for the kids especially on the school holidays for any ages. Located in glenelg the only bad thing about its parking otherwise love it.
Lots of games fun things for the kids and the price its not bad.
This is an expensive outing for kids. I don't mind paying for what you get, but you don't get good rides here. The mini golf was badly laid out and we ended up stopping playing halfway through. There was nowhere to sit while you wait for your kids to use the waterslides. The service was good with getting the card organised to play the games etc. There was a long line and the woman stayed calm and friendly, which was great.
This place is so fun! Great for young and old - the water slides are awesome and so are the other various activities. I would definetely go there again!
This place is fantastic and is a great place to take the whole family. My kids have a ball every time we go there. In summer its even better as there are waterslides, bumber boats and its right on the beach front.
Approximate cost: $30
My family and i had an awesome time. I have two young girls and my eldest who is two had an absolute ball. its not bad but i liked the old magic mountain better now, & when i was a kid :)
Approximate cost: $30
An expensive outing but then what amusement/entertainment arcade isn't? That aside, there is a lot going for this place - as so much has come together under the one roof - enough to keep kids of varying ages entertained and happy. A beautiful carousel on the lower floor, reasonable canteen/cafe area ... and the bumper boats are more than most places offer! Clean, - well kept change rooms (anytime we have been there) and situated right on Glenelg beach. Mini golf has never had such a pretty view!
awesome it was a realy fun time my little brother enjoyed the bumper boats and he loved squirting the water at me from the boats it wasd cool. i want to go back there soon
It was surprisingly expensive. You have to pay for a game card, then pay silly amounts to play games, hire lockers and buy food.
Staff we're disinterested, they seemed to be lacking personality and didn't care about their jobs, just swiped the cards and barely acknowledged people.
The raft water slide is good, however the other slides, I found I kept smashing my spine along the joins of the slide, and when I left I had bruises all over my back.
I don't think I'll be returning.
Approximate cost: $at least $30
ABSOLUTELY AGREE with EVERYTHING you have said.
Very expensive, staff downright rude, problems ad-inifnitem with the cards, excuses excuses given for problems with the cards, prizes are junk little ones can choke on, not many games suitable for a 6yr old girl.
I WILL NOT GO BACK!!
