I have been here a number of times this time we saw many updates with a large kids play ground and giant chess. We had the pancakes with were amazing and very large we shared between 4 and the scones are just a thing you need to have. They also have a lot of new wines to try it is always a must for us.

This is a spot we go to overtime we are down in MR. We love the high tea and the kids love the gardens surrounding the outdoor seating area. A big deal is the honey birds that are super friendly and if you wait they will hop on your table and eat the jam if you leave it for them. They also have a small play area for the kids and the Shed is filled with all the wine and port and jams they have made. Everything is very nice and its a great spot to check out.

Not enough staff one in the tasting area, lots of people waiting to be served even though staff informed us that this wasn't a peek time. Was looking forward to the Ploughmans lunch, which stated a selection of gourmet meats. These turned out to be 3 slices of ham and 3 slices of salami, which looked like theu were purchased from a deli counter at a supermarket. Overall the platter was disappointing, and terrible over priced.

Approximate cost: $33

my favourite must see place. i love the gorgeous birds that will jump on the tables and eat any crumbs left. if youre not a bird fan, you might prefer to sit inside. must have the scones, jam and cream, and try the gift shop before you leave - well worth the drive

This is a great attractio in the south west. There is the cafe that you can stop in for a delicious devonshire tea with their own homemade jam, the gift shop that sells the jams, strawberry wine and many various other condiments and then at certain times of the year you can pick the fruit in season that they are growing
